The Sovereign Pelvis is a container for women who wish to explore healing through the pelvic bowl. Working with the root is about working with our nervous system and the way we perceive and process stress. How can we start to bring awareness to this process by embodying our most sacred center.
WHy Sovereign?
Understanding your body is your birthright. Sovereign means, possessing supreme or ultimate power. And no one— myself included should tell you what that looks like. Each body is different, and every woman has her own reasons why she wants to explore healing through the pelvis. I am here to support you on the journey back into your body's wisdom of safety and creative power.

I have worked with women around topics as infertility, anxiety, disembodiment, motherhood, integrating birth stories, endometriosis, period health, sexual pain/discomfort, sexual trauma and so much more.

1:1 Ceremony Healing
SOvereign Pelvic Touch ceremonial Healing Immersions
The Sovereign Pelvis about creating a relationship of presence and honor with our sacred center, the pelvic bowl. Not only energetically, but also with our physical tissues. This is what makes this work different than your traditional feminine embodiment offering. Pelvic Medicine is slow medicine. It's about creating a foundation for lifestyle shifts to change the woman you are today so that you can find the capacity to become the embodied and connected woman you desire to become. Sessions include educational coaching/mentorship as well as hands-on / hands-in pelvic touch work.
Layer by layer we will descend to unwind and meet ourselves + our anatomy fully. Many women come to pelvic healing work wanting to bi-pass layers of self and jump straight into the spiritual eroticism of inner realms of the womb. To move here we must first create space and safety. Sydney’s Sovereign Pelvis containers are not about blowing open your life aperture, but instead moving slowly to feel more deeply.
This container is a deep commitment to yourself, your body and the collective healing of our societies relationship to the female psyche + body. To be an unfurled, embodied woman in this world is an open act of rebellion. This work will ask you to come into deeper integrity + congruency with yourself.
These deep ceremonies are to support the woman who has a bone deep longing to come home. The woman who no matter how much she puts down, she still finds herself exhausted and in need of nourishment. The woman who holds so many others in her life, and struggles to allow herself to also receive. The woman who is in a deep transformation portal. The woman, ending her marriage. The woman, rebirthing herself. The woman grieving and the woman celebrating her aliveness.

Half Day— 3 hours of Ceremonial Hands-on / Hands-in bodywork and Ritual Tending
Full Day— 6 hours of Ceremonial Hands-on / Hands-in bodywork and Ritual Tending
VIP Day— Full day of Ceremonial Hands-on / Hands-in Bodywork and Ritual Tending, hosted in a private Airbnb.
Rituals include pelvic steaming, cleopatra baths, home cooked soul nourishing meals, and more. Overnight stay in local airbnb--The Lioness Den is included.
VIP Immersions are 1-3 days and include integration coaching calls + VM integration to support your transformation.

For years women have flown into Colorado to receive Pelvic Healing + VIP immersion care from Sydney. She now offers Ceremonial Pelvic Healing sessions in select other cities throughout the year. These are luxury 4-6 hour sessions. Upon demand she also offers multi-day immersions. These transformative sessions are a powerful way to move, integrate, and alchemize the layers of self + body.

Pelvic Medicine is slow medicine. It's about creating a foundation for lifestyle shifts to change the woman you are today so that you can find the capacity to become the embodied and connected woman you desire to become. In Pelvic Remembrance, we weave together for a season of your life. We meet virtually for three months of somatic trauma resolution coaching + guided self pelvic touch practices. You will learn how to feel and touch your own body all while building safety + intimacy for our weekend immersion together.
