Qoya Movement Bookclub--MANAWEE

Qoya Movement Bookclub!

Our second theme, 'Manawee' discusses 'The Mate- or the Union with the Other'. We will explore our relationship to the Unification of Masculine and Feminine-both within ourselves and within our relations.

Qoya Movement Bookclub!

I am so excited for these first offerings of the Qoya "Movement Bookclubs" Workshops.

Our second theme, 'Manawee' discusses 'The Mate- or the Union with the Other'. We will explore our relationship to the Unification of Masculine and Feminine-both within ourselves and within our relations.

Women Who Run with the Wolves, is a classic in exploring our relationship to the wild, creative, feminine. In these 2 hr circles we will be able to share our relationship to each theme, and archetype not only through discussion, but ALSO through movement.

Participants do not have to have read WWRWW to participate.

Women Who Run with the Wolves is an amazing resource, but it can be a little intimidating. This is a great opportunity for those women who wish to taste the power of this book, or those who wish to explore deeper their relationship to it.

This circle is intended as a sanctuary to discuss and embody the power of the wild feminine.

QOYA CLASSES ARE BASED ON THE IDEA THAT THROUGH MOVEMENT WE REMEMBER.

We remember our essence is wise, wild and free.

Wise: calling on the wisdom of yoga.

Wild: the creative expression in dance.

Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through feminine movement.

This is a women's only movement experience. We welcome all women or femme identifying to join us in a safe space to explore our innate sensuality and the freedom that comes through this expression

There are no special skills required, just the desire to move, and feel good! We move and stretch the entire body, listen to great music, and seek the pleasure in the movement!
